词组分两个，注意区分介词：
in quest of为了探索……
in one`s quest for某人对……的探索
in quest of truth真理的探索（of表示“的”，真理的探索）
in their quest for truth他们为了探索真理（for表示为了，某人为了探索……）
quest还可以换为research，但是介词特别注意了。
