联想：引申出头脑有问题=精神有问题，或者精神的、精神方面的。
联想：闷头闷脑的人不是精神的问题就是智力的问题。
或men想成“人”，tal想成“tall”。（人要是长得太高，智力有可能不高，精神也有可能有问题）
